Positive: Good location, within walking distance of Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est and the Sacré-Coeur. Restaurants, shops, pharmacies and bakery nearby.
Negative: Quite a narrow and steep staircase up to the room, although help was provided in taking up the suitcases.

Positive: Comfortable apartment in a private gated block, about 15 minutes walk from Gare du Nord station. Excellent communication throughout. A superb local restaurant only 200 metres away, was a bonus. Recommended.....
Negative: Some cutlery would be helpful, and some storage space, also. There was a wardrobe, but it was for private use only. There is a pretty steep set of stairs into the apartment...we managed, quite well....could possibly be an issue for someone less mobile. Would definitely recommend, just the same.

Positive: We had a lovely stay at Eric's apartment. The apartment was clean, with enough space for the five of us and equipped with everything we needed. It was conveniently located to several metro stations and it was easy to explore Montmarte on foot (20 min walk to Sacre Coeur). Eric was a delightful host and we'd love to come back in the future.

Positive: Eric, a wonderful host, first of all he treated me as if I was his friend. He was a good tour guide, he had a good sense of humor. He helped me with a lot of things in Paris. The apartment was spacious, very clean, 10\10, tidy, modern and located in a popular place in Genele. Lots of bars and cafes, a quiet place, and a washing machine and dryer are also available. He hosted me with love, checked on me, and was available when I had questions. I thank Eric for being a wonderful person! I highly recommend visiting the place, it is really special
